Hoping to pick up this 93 Tahoe Monday. Need advice

I hope I snag it before it's gone. It's a 93 with low miles, 4 inch lift decent tires and more little gadgets. What should I look out for on this rig? Any common problems that these have?

And thats my dog with a new haircut.

Wish I could help, but the only thing I've had go out on my '97 was the dizzy and you aren't using the same one.
Mine is the best vehicle I've ever owned. Turning radius on the 4WD's is ridiculous, they'll turn tighter than a small car.
Good luck, good lookin' rig!

93 was a K1500 Blazer, the Tahoe name change was in 95. The grill has been swapped with a 94+ version (popular mod). What does the dash look like?

My daily driver is a 93... I love the thing.

I messed up on the day in the subject. I'm hoping to go look at it today and maybe buy it. I haven't seen it in person yet. I hope it turns out to e as good as it looks. If I get it I'll be sure to post a bunch of pics.

Well the paperwork turned out to be shady and the guy wouldn't take a cashiers check right from my bank so I didn't get it.

That sucks, but if it were a possibility have him meet you at your bank to cash the check. I had to do that with a truck a few years ago when Wells Fargo wouldn't clear a Navy Federal cashier's check in less than a month. As an alternative and to make both sides feel secure, the sellers just met me at a Navy Fed (my bank), handed me the title and cashed the check at the same time.

Either way, good luck on your search. I love those years of fullsize Blazers.

Be sure his end of the paperwork is good, no sense in throwing cash at a truck with a clouded or screwed up title.
Sucks, but keep looking, you'll love it once you find the right one.

His paper wasn't clean and he refused to meet me at the bank to get the check and they would have cashed it right there for him. Think I dodged a bullet.

Sounds like it. Keep lookin, they're still out there, just beware of the sellers who think they're worth double KBB just because it's 2 dr. There's still a good selection if you look and exercise lots of patience.

Already found another one. It's south of Seattle so it will be a 12 hour round trip but I think it would be worth it. One owner, 87K on the clock, rebuilt motor, new tires, new radiator, sound system with 12 inch subs, alarm system, seats recovered to match the paint, all maint. records since new for $3800. Only issues are passenger window motor going out, rear wiper has a short so it only works part time and needs a rear view mirror. Now I just need to figure out how to do the deal on the other side of the state. Heres a pic.
