Thoughts on a 200 4r

I did a lot of research beforehand and wanting to be a little different this spring I bought a junkyard 200R4 for $200. I then proceeded to spend another $2000 on stock and high performance parts and few bucks on tools I did not already have. How some of the production shops sell them for less than what I have in it for parts beats or concerns me. This is the first automatic rebuild I have done and it took me several months working on Saturdays when I had the parts. I learned a lot but hesitant to do it all again. Engine, rear axle, suspension is more of my thing. There is a great book by CK Performance for 200R4's that was invaluable. It walks you through the process step by step. It is all installed in my 67 C10 behind a crate L31-R 350 that I would guess would be about 300hp. Almost done with my build and fingers crossed it all works. Definitely replace the weak stator shaft and up the pressure.
