265/75-16E on front of 99 C2500 HD?

New to us in a 99 (obs) crew cab long box C2500HD 7.4 auto trans truck. It needs suspension and brake rebuild so as long as we are in there can I fit 265/75-16E tires on the front?
Or do I need this first?
Daystar, Chevy/GMC C1500 1/2 Ton 2" Leveling Kit, fits C1500/2500/3500 1988 to 2006 2WD, all transmissions, all cabs KG09101BK, Made in America https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001GH1NR0..._5A8KCbN2SFS5D

Thanks

Buddy had same type truck with 275/70/16s,which is the same size diameter, just a touch wider, and on aftermarket wheels. Had no issues. But small leveling kit might not look so bad....

That's what I'm running on my bone stock GMT400 2000 GMC C2500. No rubbing or any other foul behavior.

Michelin Defender MS LT265/75R16-E mounted on GMT800 PY0 Aluminum wheels and Nokian LT265/75R16-E winter tires are on GMT400 steel wheels. From the way the tire guys pitched a fit when I had the winter tires installed I probably won't be able to get them to mount the next set on these 16 x 6.5" wheels.

You probably want to tell the ABS computer about your 31.6" tires and adjust the DRAC or PCM as well so the speedometer is correct.

Those are actually 0.4" shorter and 0.4" wider.

265/75R16 = 31.6" x 10.4"
275/70R16 = 31.2" x 10.8"

Thank You Everyone for your replies!
I ordered the Daystar 2.5” lift blocks for the coil springs and a pair of Pro Comp long travel shocks for it as it has the heavy brush guard on the front which ads to the suspension load so that played a part in all this.
Thanks everyone!
