Interesting truck. Too bad they didn't give more info on it. Definitely worth looking at for someone that is within reasonable driving distance.

She's a beauty. Too bad it's on the other side of the country from me. Someone really likes white, lol. The 4 X 4 Trans in it is a little rare.

Re: The Ulitmate Craigslist find thread

Nice truck, but the GVW does not make any sense. A single Axle Chevy should not have any more than 35,000 at the most. Unless it used to be a Tandem Axle truck.

"478 V8 high torque gasoline engine"
Nope, the 478 was a V-6

I liked it, although I would had much preferred a 6-71 or even a 6V-53, but with it's weak torque, it required a lot of shifting. If it saw a hill coming, I was downshifting, lol.

Article says the 702 twin-six could run up to 15,000 hours on minimal maintenance.

Strange as it is basically two 351's.

In my opinion all the V-6's were pretty impressive.

Re: The Ulitmate Craigslist find thread

On facebook marketplace but found a nice set of 6 lug Original GM Budd 22.5” tubeless rims outside of Lexington Kentucky. He was going to give them to me for free if i swapped my old wheels but i have the 5/10 lug pattern. The whole chassis is for sale as well.

His name is Dustin, 606-524-2894
