Cable drive speedo and new trans
Ok this may belong on drivetrain section.
What is available for older truck running late model(4L80E) trans. If possible I would like to keep speedometer or matching one. Not wanting to change gauge cluster.

Re: Cable drive speedo and new trans
Found tail shaft adapter. But dang cost more than freaking standalone computer. Got to be cheaper route.

Re: Cable drive speedo and new trans
We offer a box that will convert the new electric signal to mechanical or there is always the Dakota Digital or Classic Dash gauge options.
Let me know if I can help. Matt MCB Parts
