Tempature sender

I recently built my gen1 350 using summit heads and found they were manufactured with 3/8 npt ports for temp senders. My truck has a oem temp gauge which requires a sender that is 1/2 npt. Summit no help, their supplier no help. I do not wish to to re-tap the hole and am hoping someone else might have found an alternative temp sender would appreciate any assistance.

Re: Tempature sender

post it up om the parts board "WTB". Several guys here will take a stock sender & machine it down. A member here did this one for me, IIRC $25.00 including the cost of the sender.

(you have to be a paying member to post on the parts board. $25.00, well worth it when building a truck.)
