heater core non ac in ac truck?
I just noticed my heater core leaking today and i have a factory ac truck, My question is will a non ac heater core fit even though they are different. Im only asking because i have an extra non ac heater core. Im assuming it wont work or they would be the same but i had to ask. Thanks

Don't remember right off but it's the brackets that want work right on the non AC heater core the outlets are in the way. It's been a long time since I replace mine but memory serves me right that why you can't use it.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |

In non A/C trucks, the core is where the A/C evaporator is on an A/C truck.
A/C truck heater core is inside under the glove box. Totally different designed parts BTW, the aftermarket heater cores do not fit without some tweaking

I just replaced mine from rock auto and fit real nice. Slight tweaking of tubes to go thru firewall holes. Cheap too. Mike
