Joe , why are these fuel caps so much? says it's for a corvette. The ebayer has 3 of them and says make offer. there is a few more at $200.

Apparently they are the same cap as a corvette. The one with the circle stamped in the center is the correct looking one for our trucks. Later produced ones don’t have the circle stamped in them. I’m not going to pay $200 for a gas cap though, so I may just end up with one without the circle.
