SC WTB horn button parts - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I need some parts for my 67 GMC 3500 steering column horn assembly. I already have the horn cup, button, button gasket, 3 screws, three-way plastic washer for said screws, steering wheel retention nut, and white plastic cam with a rod sticking out of it.
I guess I need the slotted disc, and any other parts that I have not listed here. The new sets are VERY steep, so OEM used ones are what I am looking for.
