hehehe i got a dana 60 front......killer price

Well it was actually worth going to napa parts today other then returning some stuff. Theres a bar right across the parking lot and some guy come up checking my truck. Big Red. he knew the year and stuff and that i had a dana 44 sitting between the 40's. Well he was talking and sayed he had a dana 60. i was liek coo and i said how much. Cause nothing free especially in cali.....he said "FREE"(kinda one of those slow motion moments). well i have to pick it up sunday morning and he said the only problem are the internal, spider gears so i guess i'll make the core deposite for the 14-bolt useful when i get it back. so maybe Big red might get a dana 60. thats if she's good. But i might just keep it. alright that made my day

Southern Boys???!!???! Last I checked he lived in the San Fransico Bay Area. Western Boys is more like it.

Good deal on the rear end. It is hard to find good deals in this area cuz everyone knows what they have. Once in awhile you can find good deals.

Alexis--The Burb is coming along. Pulled smog pump and what not off. Got a performer manifold and a holley 650 ready to go on. Changed the steering column to an auto one(trying to get parts together to do the swap). Grinding/sanding down the rust and painting it to keep from rusting anymore. Installed a stereo (dont worry the dash was already cut guys). Picked up a 98-99 tahoe 2nd seat the other day, just gotta install it. Put some white gauges decals on.

Cant wait to put an auto in it then Ill be driving it all the time. I really like it. Too bad I dont have a lot of money other wise it would be on 20's and bagged already. Thanks for letting me know about it. Don't know if I told you or not but I was able to get it for $1,500. Which I think is a pretty good deal. The passanger side rocker needs to be replaced so that I can put a weather strip on for the door. And that rust on the drip rail and over the drivers rear tire is all that there is. Im happy with it. Thanks

yellowgmc--Ok well I guess that explains it. Well I like the weather in the south its nice.
