Check engine light

Since i put on a kn filter and intake tube my check engine light comes on goes off 50 miles goes back on code checker said lean burn left bank now code checker said error no reading what do you think is going on

Did any of the MAF sensor wires get bumped or messed up when you put your K&N on or did anything get bumped putting your intake tube on? If not I don't really see how putting on that stuff could have affected anything. Have you recently done anything else to the truck. What year make model and drive train on the truck?

Im going to try some of the spray maf sensor cleaner on it i may have over oiled the air cleaner been told that will cause the problem thanks for the help
