Trim holes
Hey guys, i've tried every search I can imagine and can't find anything on measuring trim/molding holes. I've got 2 fenders that need trim holes on them. Any help is appreciated.

Maybe these pics of the lower and upper moldngs from the 1969 section of the Assembly Manual will help. I didn't see anything similar in the 1970 section.

Also remember that the clips can slide if your spacing isn't perfect. Just keep everything straight and I'd recommend drilling through masking tape. Helped me keep the bit from siding around. Oh, and obviously start with a small bit and work up...

In those trim diagrams, what does it mean like in the first pic when it shows hole #7 as being .120 over .124 in size? Does that mean the hole should be minimum .120 inches and maximum .124 inches in diameter?

I think your right. Those (#7) are just for the screws so not as critical, but I wouldn't drill them until you have the new screws in hand. Just in case who-ever you get the from changes the size.

Use a step drill bit to drill your holes
