Coil spring 6 lug dana 60

How desirable are half ton dana 60 rears? I know that before 69 they used Dana brakes making them harder to find parts for these days but 69 and 70 they used GM corporate brakes.

Not as rare as a 60 out of a cuda or charger, but I've never seen one. Gotta be worth something. I would think brakes would be the same as a regular 12 bolt. Nowadays they get swapped to 5 lug and discs anyways. I'd like to have for a future project....

Would be a great swap for the back of a 1/2 ton 4x4 truck with appropriate spring and shock mounts added. Much stronger than the 12 bolt.

Don't let anybody BS you,That rear is very rare & very difficult to find.I've only had two in 45 years of doing this. When I saw the 1rst one I thought some one had messed with it,then I got a call from a guy in the midwest looking for that rear. Then years later I ended up with another. That is a valuable piece
