Tilt Column, column shift, serviced and painted

This one is nice and the real deal. Removed from a 1972 C20 Cheyenne Super as shown on the SPID of the ochre glovebox door I listed for sale yesterday.
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=776839
It has been completely disassembled, bead blasted, cleaned, painted, lubed and set to factory specs.
$435 shipped.

Re: Tilt Column, column shift, serviced and painted

You identify a true truck tilt by the following attributes.
1. Green indicator lamp filter.
2. Steering wheel shaft lacks snap ring groove.
3. Middle part of column doesnt have extra holes cut in it for van high placement neutral safety switch.
4. Output spline has short stickout.
5. Shift indicator lens as shown in pictures is truck style.
6. Hazard knob as shown in pictures is correct truck style.
7. Super long grey wire for indicator bulb with proper black packard female connector.
8. Short wire cover at bottom of column

That one is from a motor home, those have the short stickout shaft, the only real difference when I finish it will be that the shifter has a step in it. It will be a no modification direct bolt in and will be just as nice as this one, Price will be $375 shipped I think.
If you want to be first inline I will give you that and send you a message when I list it, 24 hours to decide or respond.

I should have another column done by middle of next week. I am waiting on a new set of column grommets, its all cleaned, bead blasted and ready to assemble, its a real clean piece.
Its from a motorhome and I have converted it to truck and it will be a direct bolt in. The only difference is the shifter arm is a little different shape. I will point it out when I post pictures of it.
