Modern take off wheels

I have a 1972 4x4 k 5 and my question is will modern 17” rims fit my blazer ? I see two things to look at bolt pattern and hole diameter.

Also look at offset, which I suspect will make the swap impractical.

Re: Modern take off wheels

My blazer has modern wheels, I had to machine the center bore to size as the centerbore on modern wheels are smaller.

Good luck, Rg

Re: Modern take off wheels

as mentioned center bore will be the biggest hang up with them fitting... but you might need spacers too...

Re: Modern take off wheels

haven't taken any measurements or have any idea if anything was modified, but my 71 K20 burb with stock axles and hubs as far as I know, came with late model aluminum 8 lug wheels and all seems to clear fine..

good luck!
