If this Blazer could talk !

My brother and I bought a Blazer out of Albuquerque New Mexico in August of 2012. Started to replace the carpet and noticed three holes in the passenger side floor board. The holes start in the carpet and go thru the underlayment, and floor. It looks like bullet holes to me. What do you think ? Maybe someone around Albuquerque knows.

1) Blazer
2) Pic of top carpet with washers placed above the holes.
3) Pic underneath carpet
4) Pic of underlayment
5) Pic of Styrofoam underlayment

At least you know it wasn't originally a Canadian truck. ;-)

Mike can you get a sense for the trajectory of the bullets? In one shot it looks like the undersurface of the pan is more flared out. Am curious if shots came from driver seat or possibly through an open passenger door. Maybe a rattlesnake was crawling around loose. I hate it when that happens.

Pete, I'll have to look at that. When I was in Albuquerque recently a lady did get bitten three times by a copperhead in the foyer of a Longhorn Steakhouse !

Thanks. It's a repaint that the color is not right. I tried a little touch up around windshield and it looks like a copper penny. Hopefully the medium bronze will come out right.

My dad's uncle got a new Boston Whaler fishing boat when they first came out.

He was floating down the St Francis river when a cotton mouth dropped down out of a tree and into the boat. He unloaded his pistol shooting at that snake.

The boat sat in his front yard with all these makeshift patches on it for as long as he lived down there.

Was there a Blazer in Breaking Bad? I cant recall one, but then my memory isn't so great! LOL

Ironically, Mike does have the actual truck from Better Call Saul though...

I think Nacho or one of his buddies drove one when doing the rounds (although I think it was dark green).

That’s a funny story.

Mike did you end up with the green Blazer from Billy in ABQ? Good deal.

I would use a bazooka on a snake if I had access !

No, Pete. I saw the Blazer but it was not for sale at that time.
