2.8 engine wont run

hi guys i have an issue with a 2.8 engine that wont run turns over great and has spark and when you pour fuel into the throttle body it doesnt even fire
timing chain has been changed and rotor turns so i know camshaft isnt broke not sure where to go any help would be great thank you

If you've got fuel, and you've got spark (and it's timed correctly) it'll run.

Since you mention the timing chain has been replaced I'd start by verifying that was done correctly. Focus on the timing aspect and see if that helps.
