Sorry to see it go but I'm sure it is helping fund something cool down the road!

Re: My 52 GMC Build

Last Sunday went to a "Cars n'coffee" meet in Toronto about 1.5hrs away. Wow the amount of money there was mind blowing.
Not sure if the Bugatti Chiron made my truck worth more or his car worth less LOL. Never thought I would see a $2.6 million dollar car driving around.
Cruised there with my friend and his Dodge.

Cool exotic cars too. Definitely a lot of money there. That free health care must be paying off?

It's funny you all say that but not surprising. A multi million dollar car sitting there and I didn't even look inside, but I checked out all the old stuff there. More ppl where looking at my truck than the Lamborghini's.

Re: My 52 GMC Build

So Monday I took my truck in to Tom's Upholstery to get carpet made for my truck. As for now it is the last piece of the puzzle, the truck is done! I have a lot of trouble getting other people to do stuff on my vehicles especially custom work. Tom's was recommended to me from some high end hot rod shops in the area and they didn't disappoint. It looks like it came from the factory. I'm so happy, they did more than I asked for and the truck is so quiet inside now.

As for the last set of pictures, I agree with everybody else, pic 5 is awesome!!
Everybody can buy 2.6 miljon car, but it takes Skill to build a truck like yours!

Looks great! That’s a nice job and a great looking interior. This is good inspiration for me, I’ve been sidetracked by other projects and need to get back on the truck and finish it off.

I'm glad it has inspired you. With my truck I also try to inspire the younger generation so the old vehicles will be cared for way down the road.

Re: My 52 GMC Build

Stuck throttles are the root cause of black lines. The Government has spent 3.2 billion dollars and confirmed that the lack of abondt and liberal "Relative hi-temp, environmental approved bearing grease made in Siberia by Dunkin donuts is the cure. But get your order in early there usually all sold out about10 minutes after they open door!!!!
I preffer the chocolate flavor. to many helpings and they make my spare tire much worse. I'm just saying..

Keep on keepin on

Re: My 52 GMC Build

So the adventure continues. Friday I headed 2.5 hrs north to the beach with the trailer in tow, 1/2hr from home my alternator died with only 12,500mi on it. Local parts store had one so 20min later we continued on our way. Just as it was getting dark this little guy decided he wanted to meet my truck window at 60mph, you can see the clean spot on the window above him. He was still alive at the time, so I hung him on a tree.
