Well... maybe not I tried it again today and I got nothing from that connector. I'm going to take the fuel tank out and clean it up and see if I can see if the fuel pump works then.

Small update - Lowered the tank out of the truck, took the fuel pump and sending unit out, hooked 12v directly to the fuel pump - nothing. I started to clean out the tank, found some rust, yep, found 3 small holes in the tank.

Looks like it's time to get a fuel tank and sending unit from RockAuto.
