Re: Frame I.D

Does the cab have two holes for the dual master cylinder for the brake and hydraulic clutch or a single for the master? Quick way to determine a 63 cab.

LMCtrucks has an ID/history chart at the beginning of their catalog. You can view it online. It shows 1960-64 chevy first digit equals year, second is a letter either C for 2wd or K for 4wd, next 2 digits 14=1/2ton swb, 15=1/2 ton lwb, 25 =3/4 ton lwb then 4 for truck etc..
1965-66 chevy first digit is C or K for 2wd or 4wd, then 14,15,or 25 for 1/2 ton swb, 1/2 ton lwb, or 3/4 ton lwb, next is 4 for truck, then 5 or 6 for year, etc.
1960-66 GMC begins blank = 2wd, I = inline 6 cylinder engine, or k for 4wd, next 10 for 1/2 ton, or 15 for 3/4 ton. Then 01 for swb or 02 for lwb. etc.
Yours doesn't seem to fit any of these. Hopefully someone can give you more info. Good luck.
