Considering doing another swap

I have a 2000 GMC K2500 CCSWB, with a rebuilt 7.4 (less than 5,000 miles since rebuild) with a 4L80. While it runs good, I got to digging thru my stuff and found I still have enough stuff left over (I made extra engine mounts etc) to put a Cummins and NV4500 in this truck.

Only thing I would eventually need to find or build is a 3.42 geared 14bff. I sold my last one, though I still have a 3.42 9.25 front diff.

Thinking of advertising the 7.4/4L80 to see if I get any bites. If I can sell it, I guess I will have a new project.

Sounds like a good plan and a sweet truck!
