It was a rural small town ambulance early in life and the roof has a small 3" rise. Not as bad as some ambulance roofs with like 12-14" roofs.

After doing some research it appears it was likely a rural fire rescue ambulance kinda thing on the roof

the old window tint needs to come off, and the lift kit and tires and wheels need to go on. a good interior vacuum and very minor rust repairs. very very little rust. im surprised.

the initial list will be; remove the tint, then install dana 70 front axle, front lift springs, front wheels/tires. then 14bff disc brake rear axle, rear lift springs, rear wheels/tires.

It's so much easier to work on the front stuff, including LS cross member, when the front sheet metal is removed.

I agree Dave. But at the moment she currently runs and drives so I'm not dropping in the ls just yet. I'm going to do axles, suspension, brakes, wheels and tires first. Then drive it a month or two before ls3 4l80 205 get dropped in it.

Thoughts plz... 4" lift front springs, so... I am not going high str or crossover steer, staying stock str with dropped pitman arm. Also going to use a ram for str assist. Thoughts?

Does someone make a dropped pitman arm? You'll be happier with a raised steering arm and leave the drag link straight,if you meant drag link.
I have axles,lift springs,and 37" tires I'm dieing to put on and the only thing holding me up is I want to either do engine work or swap another in while the truck is easier to work on

also converting the driveline ujoints to spicer forged 1410's thruout on front and rear driveshafts and the 205
