Re: Finally Got The Front Down

Thanks tvblazer. I haven't been feeling good in a while, but I'm trying.

No , no Z or dropmember.I like the way it sits. I just want to drive it while I can, so i'm going to finish some things with the rear suspension and get the firewall, dash and jambs painted so I can begin to put it back together.

I will keep you all posted.

Re: Finally Got The Front Down

nice , reminds me of my 79 back in high school. u ever thought to flip the upper a-arms over and swap them side to side so it correct that bj angle?

i just hacked the hell outta 3-ton coils and cut off the bump stop mounts. like 4" of crossmember clearance,vw bug front shocks and longer upper a-arm bolts wth custom spacers. it aligned out and rode pretty well. always thought to flip those arms because of the bj angle, but never did....blew the motor, joined the army, yada yada
