C-30 sway bar options?

Is there a sway bar made for C-30s?
Will one from a C-20 work?
Will it make an improvement in handling?
Will one from a 73-87 fit?
Just curious.

Yes to all...you can get the larger 1 1/4 bar from a 73 up c30 and some c20's
