49 gmc original cab mounts on s10?
Do they have to go or no? i followed skymags swap to the letter until this point. i've welded on my mounts and am ready to sit the cab on. question is. do the original mounts come off or no? i noticed on his s10 thread that there is to be a 6"-6" 3/8" square plate welded to the back of the cab for strength. No way thats happening with my mounts still on. I have a 49 gmc g100 long bed. Thanks in advance.
