need info on itermediate steering shaft

hey guys, i am trying to put my steering back together. its been a lotta years since i tore it apart. anyway can someone post a pic of the big coupling that goes on the intermediate steering shaft? i remeber taking it apart because the dust boot was rotted out and grease was coming out of it.
i am thinking that there should be some kind of spring inside but i can't remember for sure. all of the parts diagrams that i can find show the exploded view of the column itself but only a complete view of the intermediate shaft.
can anyone show me what i need to get this thing back together.
i am told that 7802919 is the seal, most ddrawings i can find call it an abrasion shield. but thats all i have. thanks in advance , Tony

It will be interesting to see if anyone but you has had one of these apart. I know I haven't. I have shortened a few and replace the boot on a few, but I have never disassembled one.
