Don't know the name, but I know the town. It's a little hole in the wall about 30-ish minutes South of Greensboro down 421.

Re: Original Invoice
Try to find him and give him a call. I got the original take off tailgate from the original owner of my '68 50th Anniversay Longhorn. He may have some old pics of the truck when he brought it home. That would be really cool to have.

Re: Original Invoice
Much better! I did like you did in the word "jope". I hit the key "u" instead of the key "i". You hit the key "j" instead of the key "o". Easy to do.

i was looking at the sales tax, 74.42. if you bought that here in king county today the sales tax would be 337.75.

Re: Original Invoice
The dealer personnel typed it up with "carryall" as the model instead of suburban. Just a typist's choice?

Re: Original Invoice
I have the invoice on my burb. It came to a nice round $5000 as a Custom Deluxe 9 passenger form with the dealer added rear step bumper. After negotiating, Jack(original owner) got it for $4200.
