Q about 67-68 seats

Just picked up another set of 67-68 bucket seats. On one set , the drivers side is stationary and the pass side adjustable. On the other set it is opposite. Both sets have original coverings, but different patterns in the coverings (very similar tho) Question is, is 67 different from 68? and why adjustable opposite each other?

The vinyl pleating is different between 67 and 68. As for the rh adjustable seat, does the adjustment mechanism look identical to the LH one that we're familiar with? If so, 2 possible scenerios come to mind:

1. Out of a RH drive truck? I suppose this is possible.
2. Someone found a similar GM setup out of a car and swapped brackets on the RH side for some odd reason.

If the adjuster is totally different, then maybe it;s someones hack job? I don't think swapping seats would work as adjuster would be on center side of passenger seat if that were the case.

Got pics?
