I take a double whammy on Valentines Day! We have been married 30 years this one. I got her some candy but she told me the money we have spent this winter remodeling the Kitchen and Bath plus the new floor tile in the house is enough of a Anniversary Gift.

I bought a 2002 Silverado at a auction last week, so then I got a big box today from Rockauto,told the wife that it was here Valentines present, she said I must really care,I thought she ment that the parts I got for the truck mean I really care about the appeance of the new truck,boy was I wrong,so maybe tomorrow I will get her a box of beer and a pack of smokes,that should take care of it��

I built and put up 1.7 gates. Both are built, but not completely installed- I was working on that today. Our 39th anniversary is Friday. My wife got home from work today and told me that I bought her some tulips for our anniversary.

I actually did buy them last year.

She's getting some new waders tomorrow and we will start planning some fishing trips soon as well. It's the gift that keeps on giving you know?

We've been together for 17 years, we're down to flowers, card, and dinner and she's happy. We're not even going out friday night. All the good restaurants are booked and they throw everything together to get you out as fast as possible. We're going to go to dinner Saturday night instead.

Wifey and I have been together since 1988. Probably gonna go out to her favorite restaurant tomorrow night for steaks or shrimp n grits. I've already bought a big rich chocolate cake with lots of coffee icing from a lady I work with who's raising money for her church. She's delivering it to me tomorrow afternoon. That'll go over well!!!!!!

Here's me and Mama this past Christmas Eve. She's a pretty good old gal......I think I'll keep her.
