Borg Warner T5 spares

Can anyone recommend a parts supplier/s for T5 transmissions?

I'm after a 5th gearshaft thrust bearing assembly and an output shaft 1-2 blocking ring and reverse sliding gear.

I like this guy's videos a lot.

I've not yet done a T5 myself, but this guy seems to be super knowledgeable and professional. There is even a fun episode where he flies to the UK to help classic rocker Jeff Beck properly rebuild his vintage Muncie 4-speed for a hot rod Ford.
