Cool Flip front-end

Found this one on YouTube, anyone on here ever do this to a square body? I want to do a flip front with oe hood and fenders, I have a terrible back and would love not to have to lean and bend to work on the engine. As always many thanks for advice.

Re: Flip front-end

Flippers always loose their inner fenders so if your gonna drive it on the street Your engine's sure to suffer.

Re: Flip front-end

Using stock components, you're going to be dealing with a chunk of metal. Both incredibly heavy to lift, and would require a lot of fabrication to make it hold together.

These guys make a $1900 one-piece fiberglass tilt front end. Shipping could be rough, I'd imagine.

I've seen youtube videos that detail the process of making your own fiberglass front end. Probably no cheaper, but it would be an interesting diy experience.
