AC fan how hard should it blow?

Hey Guys

Just picked up a 97 C1500 the AC blows 38 degrees at the vent blower works in high speed but doesn’t seem to blow very hard is this normal for these trucks?

I would start with the under-dash components. Here's a good writeup on how to clean out the airbox:

There's no cabin filter on these trucks so whatever they suck in gets stuck in that box.
