rust fix - floor corners

I stripped my cab floor today and found a fair amount of rust on the passenger side. Does anyone have tips on how to fix it.

I looked up replacement components from auto metal direct and auto body specialties and I'm planning on cutting out the rot and welding in new panels. I wanted to get opinions on whether there was a better way and I want to make sure I'm getting all the right panels.

I ordered a kick panel, floor pan and outer rocker, is there anything else I should order?

Thanks in advance

You may want to order a cab mount (cab mount brace? or whatever it's called) as well.

I would love to see a write-up on the project as you do it.

I'll take pictures as I go and post updates. It'll be slow going, but I hope to have it done within the next 2 months. I'll be installing new carpet as well.

I'm doing this currently on a K5. I got my panels from tabco. Made in the usa. You will need an inner rocker also.

I took a lot of measurements before I started cutting.
