V - Butt windshield

I am looking at V-butt glass and have some questions on stainless.

I see there is a gasket for V glass but what about the space where the division bar was.

The stainless I have has about a 1" gap for the division, what is used to bridge this if you use stock stainless?

It would be nice to see some pics of V glass with the stainless installed.

It would answer some of my 1000 questions!!!

Re: V - Butt windshield

We sell the V bent glass with no butt seam and the gasket. I will check and see about the trim if I can.
Might be something to have made

very little distortion. I have never really noticed any but its been a while since I have seen one installed.
We sell the V bent glass for $249 including gasket
Thats about $50.00 more than the seamed glass

Some companies sell it for a heck of a lot more. Like $399 and higher.

May be we can talk Mar-K into making the piece since they make Moulding Or I know its expensive but a machine shop could make one out of stainless.

But if they had a cnc machine once it was loaded into the software making multiple copies would bring down the unit cost. If there was enough demand someone could probably make back the initial investment.
