No MAS! Found One 63 2WD Suburban

So, I have an extra fresh Cadillac 472 cu in motor and trany that I need to install into something and I need another project here in Northern California.

I am located in Northern California and need a new project.

I am looking for something that is in good to great shape and I don’t care about the engine as I have a fresh Cadillac 472/TH400 sitting alone in the garage.

What I don’t want is a rust bucket, either needing paint or having a quality paint job and running a old six cylinder is fine.

My preference would be:
60-61 2wd long bed four door (very hard to find) – up to a 66 as I can change out the hood but again don't want a rust bucket so that's gonna be hard to find.
60-66 2wd 2-door Carryall/Suburban (that one that just sold here a couple of days ago in Boise would have been perfect if it looks as good as the photos show, but missed it by a few weeks!)
60-66 2wd Apache
68-72 4-door Truck/Suburban conversion with all the hard work done!
55-59 Truck/Suburban
Pre 55 Suburban

Its still a project.

I've got an extra Cadillac 472/TH400 combo sitting around doing nothing (another whole story there), planning on setting it on the ground, run 18" steelies with some wide white walls.

Nothing a few cutting wheels and a welder cant fix.

Plus I want to find a '61 hood.

Nice find.
I hope you will have a build thread.
I am very fond of those 472 Cadillac engines.

Hey, I "know" you from the Modified Cadillac board.
Nice choice on a home for the 472/400.
