5 window tri-5???

Has any one tried to add the 4th and 5th windows from an advanced design model to a task force small window cab?

I have not done this but have seen one only it was done with a tri-five large truck glass. It seems the cabs are close enough in size to do the mod. Don't think the AD will work as easily.

Steve

P.S. If I can find the pic I had ,I'll try to scan it and post. Don't hold your breath tho'

Was it just the GMC 40 and 60 series that had them? Or were there a few Chevy 40 & 60 series with them?

Great info guys.
I didn't even think about the large series trucks.

orgalmeister,
If you find that pic let me know. I'm not in a hurry.

Lucky59
Nice pic!
Is that a 40-60 series cab or the entire rear glass section put into a 3100?
The center rear glass section is larger than the small window.

the pic that Lucky59 posted is the same truck. This guy is (was) from So Va. met him a few years back. He also has a very cool '57 bread truck.

Is the cab the same on the "big" trucks and only the doghouse was changed?
Or is the cab bigger as well?
