My new POS

Well guys I bought a 80's El Camino, with a 396/TH400 & a blown up rear end

I pulled the cover off the rear hoping that the spider gears were just toast, well they were but so was everything else, so I am trying to find another rear as of now & I may have found a whole parts car that could supply a new rear end & hood

It needs a tune up, but is a pretty good car... other than ugly

I will wind up painting it Blitz black & call it Felix (Felix the cat)

Heres tha pics

Re: My new POS

oh yeah, those 7.5" rear ends are as strong as wet bread. no wonder they came behind 307s and 231s.

Re: My new POS

what's that with the apes in the background? I agree about the sweet piece of land. What i could do with that much property. Or i should say, how many cars would i pile into that kind of land?

Re: My new POS

Ha ha, no

I guess I never terminated this build thread lol... I decided VERY shortly after starting this project that I REALLY didnt like the car, so I jerked the engine & trans out

Trans I have traded off & the engine is going in my old truck Sinister
