General guide for suburban value

Hi everyone.
I've decided to sell the monte carlo in my signature, and I'm going to start looking for a suburban. Can anyone tell me what a fair price is to pay for a suburban in good solid condition? Also, how does 2 wheel drive vs 4 wheel drive affect value, likewise how does 1/2 ton vs 3/4 ton affect value. Thank you!
