I cant for the life of me remember where this bracket goes. Can someone help me out? Thanks

Well the good news is I figured out where it goes. The bad news is it looks like theres another half that I need to find in my parts bin

Figured out where it goes and also figured out I'm missing part of it. I posted a WTB ad in the classified hoping I can find the other half.
