Weekend trip
Went for a weekend trip to Cherokee NC and stayed at the Gear Head Inn. It's our annual trip with the www.BangShift.com bunch and most of them are who I run the HRPT with.
I drove the 64 SS Impala and I must say it performed very well. AC ran a constant 36* all weekend and the car ran cool all weekend also. Never got over 200* even in traffic. It was mid 80's outside. I changed the power glide fluid last week and added a temp gauge to the drain plug. It never went abouve 160*. I was very tickled that it ran as good as it did and I checked the mileage at 12.5! http://www.gearheadinn.com/

Re: Weekend trip
Not this trip! We have done it in the past. Not a good weather weekend for it no way.
Once this weather gets better I'll get some full on side shots.
