1973 c10 4 speed no start

I have a 73 c10 that i just put new headers on and melted my selinoud wire to the headers. I replaced the starter and cut a little past the burnt wire and replaced it. And replaced the fusable link at the fire wall for good measure. It still willnot start or even click still. All my gauges come on but it wont start. Please help.
