Height of Front Bumper 53 Chevy Truck

I am away from my truck for the next month. Thinking about frenching in some fog lights in the front bumper. Can someone tell me how high and wide the front bumper is.

Thanks.

I can't get to any of my bumpers including the one on my truck because there is too much snow in the way.

Re: Height of Front Bumper 53 Chevy Truck

You mean how high off the ground is the bumper? Width? You mean height or overall length?

Thanks for the clarifying questions:

Height - how high is the metal bumper when measured vertically (i am guessing around 5" to 7")

Width - how wide is the metal bumper when measured horizontally from left to right (I am guessing around 70"), you could also call this the length

Re: Height of Front Bumper 53 Chevy Truck

that's an easy one. the bumper is 5" thick - from bottom edge to top edge.
the face is 77" end to end measuring along the curve.
hope that's clear and helps.

Once I tried to measure a flag pole, but it was too tall to reach the top. A female co-worker took a wrench, loosened the mounting bolts, laid the pole down, measured it, and said, "Sixteen feet, six inches." Silly woman: I needed the height, not the length.

Well, I was a little confused if I should ask for the height or the width
