Those are generally for dealer installed saddle tanks - one brand of aftermarket tanks was TravelTanks. Here's some GM info:

Yep, used is your only choice for Travel Tanks --they went out of business many years ago. My K20 has Travel Tanks with sending units in each tank, so some did exist.

Got a line on one locally...because i am LS swapped I am going to run 2 fuel pumps on the rail...I have one on the stock tank now and will put a 2nd one on the Auxiliary tank. Just need to switch the returns back to the correct tank with an electric valve.
