Is there a greaseless front hub conversion for 70-72 Chev/GMC 1/2 tons?

Greaseless? Are you referring to the modern wheel hubs?
I do not think they would be a popular replacement on our trucks. Bill

Wilwood makes a drop spindle with sealed bearings for our trucks. They are quite spendy though.
