Question Which 14bsf 6 lug rear is a direct swap into my '96 Burb??

Hey guys, I am looking to pick up a '96 'Burb 4x4 to use as my tow rig. It has the stock 10 bolt in the rear and I've never been a huge fan of the 8.5/6" 10 bolts, especially in tow rigs with oversized tires.

Anyway, I've had good luck in the past with the 9.5" 14 bolt rear ends (even though they are not a full floater design) and wondered what year and models had the 9.5" 14 bolt in the 6 lug setup and is a direct bolt in for this Burb?

The 7200 GVW 3/4 ton chevy's had the 6 lug 14 bolt. Also a lot of Z71 trucks had this rearend.
