Sweet!
I just love the look of the old school mud tires on the truck.

Re: how about some pics of 60-66 long beds

Really nice looking rides in this thread.

Here was my fathers truck now mine and my brothers. Not perfect by far but has huge sentimental connection as we grew up as kids riding in this work truck. It was only 2 years old when my dad took ownership.

We literally just got it together with its BBC transplant so things like the blinker wiring hanging was missed and or just didn't have time to tie up before the Turning Rust car show to correct. Our dad liked to show it so we worked hard to make it in his memory.

That's a nice truck shsahs. You could start a thread on the various items about that truck. What radiator is used and how is it mounted on top? I don't see the normal upper rad mount.

I've been contemplating moving my 65 over to a longbed frame.
I'm thinking I'd like the longer bed for use rather than style.
Besides, my 65 was a longbed back in the 80's before I wrecked it.

I appreciate the compliment and idea on a thread. Maybe when I get it finished up a little more. Still a lot of interior and other things to clean and tidy up.

As for the radiator question. Ill post a pic of how one side is. Its the same on the other side as well. The radiator has a aluminum flange on it that we bolt to the core support. Its been this way since about 1993 and has never leaked a drop. I honestly do not know what brand the radiator is or where he got it. It looks like a factory made radiator but could have been custom made.

Funny you should say this.... More and more people keep coming up saying how much they love the look of the long bed. I love them both long or short. The truth is I am hoping everyone cuts up their long beds and I end up with the last one...…… LOL
Being different is a form all in its own..

Very nice looking indeed. I haven't got a clue what wide side means, but a nice looking truck.

Really nice looking truck. I also did not know what "wideside" meant, so I found this:
