Re: * AD Yard Art *

The one in the video looks like it could be brought back. Too too bad if it could. I don't understand going through all that work just to give it a nicer place to rot. Shame.

Re: * AD Yard Art *

Well at least it might rot a bit slower until they decide they need new yard art or a different sing.

I've got a relative who knows I have an AD truck and has posted the photo of the one used as part of a water feature with water running out of the side window that wasn't happy with my not being impressed and my saying that they had destroyed a pretty decent rebuild-able truck.`

It's still better than seeing some of those guys cut up nice AD front fenders and hoods to make wall art to sell for stiff prices or cutting up a decent cab to use the back of it to make the back of a bench or the headboard for a bed. No problem with a guy using his left over pieces for that stuff though. I've got a couple of otherwise bad 67/72 tail gates saved back to make benches with and have an AD tailgate saved for Hogfarm to make one out of.

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

Re: * AD Yard Art *

Why is what he calls "yard art" better than most of the trucks I start my builds with?
