i'd go ahead and put the spindles on if i remember right you will have mad camber if you don't ?
just a thought. mine has 2.5 spindles and 2in coils/and 6in coiLs rear you might want to check into shock relocaters for the rear?

i've seen a couple without and they really don't lay out as low..

I'm not using shock relocators and mine puts the axle tub on the bottom of the ECE notch (no snubbers).

they ride a whole lot better with the shocks verticle instead of horizontal has nothing to do with ride height... just a thought for you "old" men who do care about your ride, i've had them with and without i'm sold on the better ride quality? just my two cents worth ! (XXL)

Understood... and I was ready to shell out for the relocators myself. But the shocks are at about a 20° angle at ride height, barely any different than at stock height. And I don't (can't) drive it when it's dumped so who cares if the shocks are tipped over?

understood i just have a different ride height because of wheels and clearance they do help..
mine can roll laid out or 1 to 2inches above in this photothe shocks are at a 30 to 40 degree rake here the qa1 shocks will hold a vehicle up there is a guy here with a bolt in notch and the air ride kit his wont lay into the notch, maybe because of the relocaters and qa1 being longer?
not sure ? what shocks are you using?

The ones that come in the Air Ride Technologies kit. They're branded by them so I'm not sure who makes them.

It may not be the angle, but rather that the shock piston is actually bottoming out on the 'qa1' shocks. I'm not sure.

What did you do to the front fenders to get the clearance to roll with the truck dropped? Pics would be great if you have any? Maybe in a new thread before we completely hijack this one???
