Re: Project 83 Big Brown Turd C30 Static Drop

Well this showed up today and it's not even Christmas.

And yes I do make my kids hold up my purchases for my toys. That way I know that I will have photos of my kids.

265/35-22 Toyos should be here in a day or two

Short Haul, I saw your green/white C20! Nice! If I came to Penngrove, you guys would probably make me enter using the servant's entrance!!

Re: Project 83 Big Brown Turd C30 Static Drop

My brown bed floor was pretty abused, so I picked this one up kinda locally.

Mounted it last night, it still sits a little low on the passenger's side.

I have a replacement front bed panel that I put in epoxy primer last night. Going to mount it this weekend and see if it pulls that side up some. The driver's side lines up quite well.

The C30's frame is is very good shape, I had a buddy check it and make some minor adjustments on his frame machine.

2qty bed floors = easy raised floor for more clearance.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
