Idiot's on the road.

My wife was driving home from work and there was some POS car in front of her.

She said the passenger threw something out the window. She saw his arm then something hit her car. She could hear it banging around under her car as she drove over it. Now the car has scrapes on the side and a flat tire.

She said that there was no altercation. No road rage. Nothing. She was just driving. I guess that they thought that it would just be funny to throw something at another car.

What is wrong with these people?

I suppose that small minds are easily amused.

Occurrences like this are no accident. Whoever did it knew full well they might cause damage and or a wreck possibly injuring or killing some innocent motorist. Just like weekly I have to pickup trash along the highway frontage of my property. I don't pollute anyone else's property. Why can't they respect mine?
On an even more serious note:
Just a couple of days ago a 2 year old girl was dropped out of a moving vehicle on I30 here in Arkansas. She died on the way to the hospital. A young couple thought they saw a large doll laying against the concrete center wall but had a strong feeling they needed to check it out. They turned around and went back to see and were shocked to say the least. They called 911. The toddler did not live. A crack head looking 30 year old woman has been arrested.

I heard on the news the other night about the toddler and my heart broke. Unfortunately, the little girl is probably in a better place as I'm guessing her life was miserable to that point and would not have gotten any better unless taken away. As for the mother, I have zero, I mean zero compassion. A roll of duct tape, garbage bag over her head, and toss her worthless carcass somewhere. Low cost, no fuss. Yeah, when it comes to this sort of thing I am not tolerant at all.

As for people on the road I could probably write on here all day if my feeble memory could recall everything that I see idiots on the road doing. I typically drive 300-500 miles per week so I get to see the cream of the Arkansas crop much of the time. I scan every overpass I am about to go under with a keen eye from miles away. When I was a young kid my dad was a truck driver and someone dropped a brick off an overpass on him that went through the passenger side windshield into the seat. That is attempted murder in my opinion.

Most folks aren't that aware of things around them nor do they care. Passenger was probably done with, or mad at, whatever got tossed. Littering, fire dangers, risk to others isn't part of their thought processes. But if something you tossed were to hit their car, rage would likely ensue.

Bill you may recall about 2 years ago there was someone dropping things off an overpass on I530 just past exit 7 killing one woman. I don't believe they ever caught that one. We used to travel that road weekly.

That really stinks! My wife has a dash cam after all the people cutting her off on the freeway annoyed her enough. Now, with the camera, nobody does it. It's like magic!

its bad here to..last summer somebody was dropping gallons cans of paint off the bridges...futher south it was rocks and bricks..
pisses me off at the amount of trash people throw out on the roads... 0 reason for it
as for driving habits...don't get me started... I could write a book...I got a dash cam for this very reason

That story of the toddler is a heart breaker. For the life of me I cannot understand how someone could be so cruel.
